I'm Chris Naylor, trading as Your Tech Mate. I provide tech support, admin help, and business services to individuals and small businesses in Durham, County Durham, and the surrounding areas.

- Newsletter subscribers - your email address if you sign up to my mailing list (managed by EmailOctopus)

I will only use them for the specific task requested, and I recommend you change any shared passwords once the work is complete.

- EmailOctopus - for managing newsletter subscriptions
- WhatsApp (Meta) - for communication
- Netlify - for website hosting
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. I only share the minimum information necessary for them to function.
How Long I Keep Your Data
I keep your personal information for as long as necessary to provide my services and comply with legal obligations. Specifically:
- Service records and invoices - up to 6 years (for tax and accounting purposes)
- Communication records - for the duration of our working relationship
- Newsletter subscriptions - until you unsubscribe
Any shared login credentials are deleted immediately after the task is completed.
Your Rights
